Well I'm almost to where I was before I blew it ! Last week I didn't post because I was so upset with myself because I was all the way down to 187.2 lbs and then family from out of state came for a visit and I totaly ate more than I should have and so I gained 2.4 lbs which brought me back up to 189.6 lbs. So this week I tried to eat better and still blew it but I did however manage to get down to 187.8 lbs so I'm at least on my way back down :)
OK my goals this week so I don't have any more set back are as follows...
1) drink all my water 2) stay in the ballpark of 1,244 calories 3) excercise at least 30 min a day (must break a sweat) 4) stay away from sugar !!!
Lets see if we can't reach 185.0 lbs by Sunday !






Sorry I didn't make it online today I got home late. We have fab' goals set for ourselves this week *smile* I want to see 139 by Friday so I'm really going to have to kick it up! Looks like we both have a goal of 2 lbs this week we can so do this!!!
