One thing I've learned is that when you find something that works, work it! I came here quite regularly for a minute, but the minute I stopped, I slipped. That taught me a valuable lesson - even if I don't write, just to come here and read, or send a hug or a ray of sunshine makes me feel better every time. To know that support is out there makes me all warm inside. Be strong, be well, be blessed.
