Achy and sore...the pollen is very high here and the allergic reaction in my body is down deep...not just in the sinuses...goes all the way into the joints...the fibromyalgia...
Only way I know to combat it is to move...not move away...I love it here...Florida...but to MOVE...be active...days like today activity is minimal...but movement is crucial...
I've got the bedspread in the washing machine and changing the sheets...have brownies in the oven...a request of my dear husband...yes...I'm sure I'll have one or two as well...and I'm sipping my hot tea and OJ...afterward I'll probably work on taking pictures of some jewelry I made last night to put on my website...then work on a new piece that I'm sewing...can't sit in one place for too long though...just makes me ache more...
so...time to get up and go do...something...
