I was diagnoised with AML (Acute Myloid Leukemia) on May 15th of 2007. I was in and out of the hospital for almost 6 months. During that time I felt hurt like no other and I died once and almost died a second time. I also lost my wife at the end because she just couldnt take it anymore so I have felt every hurt you can think of. I am now a single dad and I am in remission at this present time and pray every day that the nasty sickness that beat me up for 6 months is gone forever

On May 11th of 2007 I was taken to the hospital with the thought I had a stomach problem. I had flu type symptoms for over a week and had been to the doctor twice. During my check out at the hospital they checked my blood and it was then they were pretty sure I had Leukemia. They then did a bone marrow bio and confimed to me on the 15th that I indeed had Acute Myloid Leukemia (AML). I spent close to 6 months in and out of the hospital.
