Getting frustrated with doctors and insurance!  I just found out that if my oral surgeon had made my bite splint it would have been 100% covered.  But b/c my dentist made it NOTHING is covered!  I am sort of blaming myself, b/c if I had just slowed down and thought about it, I would have realized that.  but I was so eager to feel better, and my oral surgeon had recommended that my dentist make it for me.  So I quickly booked the apptointment and had it made- I pick it up tomorrow.  So- I will be out hundreds of dollars!  Dam-  I have to just let it go.... I went to yoga, did lots of great stretches and strenthening and breathing.  So, i need to let it go.  I mean it could be worse- but things like this keep happening, and driving me crazy!

On a positive note- my Yoga instructior just came back from Costa rica- she brought back some great oils- she put them on me and I smell like the rainforest!
