Basically I am at the moment drinking far to much and it is affecting me workwise and health wise have been heavy drinking now for about 5 years mainly on weekends binge drinking trying to give up as it doesnt make me feel good

- Cold Turkey Somewhat Helpful
- helped for a bit am trying it again at the moment
Close Bereavement
My sister died in 2002 of a brain haemmorage she was pregnant at the time but they delivered the baby okay before turning off her life support machine the worst day of my life

- no good taking it out on other people

- Have spoke to a few of my friends who have also lost their brothers

- I find as time goes on it does get easier although the pain is still there
