I was hit by an automobile in the head at age 12, thus surviving a coma of three months. I've had over 30 brain injuries since then, many due to non-accessible buildings. I'm a teacher in the public schools. My passion is demonstrating that TBI isn't always a death sentence. My philosophy is: If you don't try then you don't fly.
