Provigal helped me at first 100 mg a day now 200 a day and now i get so tired he wanted me to take 2 a day one in morn. and 1 later, well my ins. -that puts me up in the catasrophic in the ins. so i am taking my breaks and getting through the day if you find something let us all know!!!!
