Hello everyone,
It's been awhile. I've checked from time to time on a few of you to see how you've been. Glad to see that some of you are still there.
I've posted a new picture - a new avatar - lol - see there are new changes on this site as well. Whoopee.
Have continued with the new me so to speak - do you like my polka dots?? ha!
Have lost most all the weight I wanted to - could lose maybe 10 more pounds but girls, the old skin is starting to sag. Darn this old age shit.
Have had my ups and my downs navigating through this jungle of being 60 now and semi-single so to speak. Have had loads of so called "dates" - ugh the men out there suck big time. Still sort of contemplating whether to go through with the divorce with my husband of 33 years (oh we are seperated for coming up a year now but it is amicable and I am now down in the New Orleans area). He is also planning on moving here to retire next summer and that is good as we have shared most of our lives together ,the good times and the bad times, so kind of comforting that we will still be together even if in different houses. Some days I think maybe we'll make it together after all and then . . . .
Haven't found love but am finding independence.
So I hope if you guys read this, you'll write and let me know what you're up to.
