    • Close Fibromyalgia

      diagnosed 2 years ago but have had it much longer. couldn't get an MD to understand or believe me.

      Treatments

      Cymbalta Somewhat Helpful
      but with horrible sweating. I have decreased the dose with a little less sweating.
      Effexor Somewhat Helpful
      but increased my BP
      Elavil Not Working
      had vivid dreams, sleepiness.

      I am 54yrs. old, have done all the diets. 5ft. 5in. and 230lbs.I am just investigating lapband as an option. Trouble is, if I could make the good choices,etc. I wouldn't need lapband!!

      Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Not Working
      Weight Watchers Working / Worked
      portions not enough, points not enough.
      Phentermine Working / Worked
      side effects and needed ever increasing dose.
