Hello! I am so happy to find another person on here with Hyperacusis. I have had it for almost 5 years. I am completely isolated from life because of not only my Hyperacusis, but for many other issues I have. It seems that when you develop one problem, other problems just decide to join in. It has been really hard since I was diagnosed at about age 14 and my entire adolescence (which is supposed to be friends, partying, dating, socializing) has been ripped from me.
