today i visited my pdoc, he is awesome! I couldn't have asked for a better one, i learned that im not really bipolar, i have depression but all its related to is my toxic situation at home, he didn't try to tell me to take meds, he actually said i didn't need them, he told me that i was extremely bright and quick witted and should make something of myself, i think i wanna be a therapist.
