  Sooooproud of you. I gave it up to, it is very hard. But once you put your mind to it your half way there. It has been a couple of years for me and I can't stand the smell of smoke . I can always tell a person that smokes now. It is like smelling perfume when you stand next to someone. Boy am I glad I don't smoke any more. You go girl.

  I habe just been taken off steroids after 2yrs. I hope it comes off for you, so far nothing for me just a little smaller around the temples.

  When I quit, I noticed that my sense of smell and taste came back big time! To reward myself with not smelling like smoke all the time, I'd reward myself by buying expensive perfumes, lotions, or candles for my home. It's great to be able to light something up that makes the house smell wonderful! Another thing that I did was to go the dentist and have my teeth whitened. They were discolored from all the nicotine. Both things are cheaper that cigarettes, and helped me to stay "smoke free". :) xoxo-Anne

  Congratulations on being smoke free!!!! This is a wonderful accomplishment. I know how difficult it is to quit, I quit 15 years ago, and feel that it is one of the best things that I ever did for myself. Great Going!!!!!! xoxo-Anne
