I am sorry that people from your past church are acting so horrible. i am here if you ever need to chat

I know it's going to be hard but you can do it. Apparently the church family wasn't a family at all.Just people that pretended to care and the Lord knows of them and they will have to answer for they're behavior...I will pray for you that you will be able to come to terms with losing your mom and be able to go on...Sharon

Hello its been a long time, hope you are back with us now.Sorry to hear you have been having a bad time. I certainly would not return to a church that could not give you the love and support that you need. I have only been going to my church for the last 3 yrs (never been to any church before) but do find everyone there very friendly. I do hope things are better for you soon. Are you going to a different church. How are you. Are you coping with your loss. It was a year last week since my dad passed and found last Saturday very difficult, but I have good memories and thqt keeps me going. Let me know how you are

Close Bereavement
Type: Loss of a ParentI unexpectedly and suddenly had to care for my mother since March 2006. She had severe COPD. Everyone ran the other way when my mother came. I had no support. My mother passed away the day after Christmas and there is still no one there.
Treatments
- Crying Too Soon to Tell
- Keeping Busy Too Soon to Tell
- Remembering Somewhat Helpful
- I turned my mother's MySpace page into a memorial, but it doesn't seem like anyone is interested in it.
- Support from Friends & Family Not Working
- No one is available to me, or they have judged or abandoned me when my mother was alive, so I don't trust them.
- Talking Not Working
- People say they care, but no one makes themselves available.
Close Caregivers
Unexpetedly had to start caring for my mother in March 2006. She wasn's expected to live past a week. She lived for 21 months. No one has been there for me at all. She passed away the day after Christmas and no one is still there.
