I had some great days mentally, then today I had an anxiety attack right out of the blue. I have to assume it is the steroid again b/c I do not have anxiety attacks like that normally. The mood swings started back and the depression and tears as well. It feels like this is a vicious cycle and I am so tired of it. I will see the psychiatrist in 2 weeks and I hope that he can shed some light on what is going on with the steroid and maybe give me something to reverse the side effects.
I am not going to let this get the best of me though. I am physically exhausted and am going to take a break from DS for a few days. I feel as if I can not get rested up and it seems all I do is sleep. (more of the steroid side effects)
I want you all to know that I will be back in a few days. I love all of you, you are the BEST. Please keep me in your prayers and you all will be in mine as well. I have tried to answer all of your hugs and messages and if I missed anyone, please do not be upset as it was not intentional. I am still having a lot of mental confusion with the other effects from the steroid injection. Those of you that have my phone numbers are welcome to call me. I just can't afford to call long distance till I get something worked out with unlimited long distance.

Rhonda you know i understand. Notice I haven't written a journal in a long time. sometimes you just don't feel up to it. Take your time and come back when you can. I am ok. nothing to brag about. talk to you soon

Will pray that you get over this soon and that they can give you something to help. But to have to wait another two weeks seems a bit much to me.
