      I am a 61 year old women who until Xmas Eve thought I was very healty. Always had my check ups with blood work. Took meds for HBP. Well Xmas Eve I suffered a massive heart attack. I had a stent placed and was told I lost 10-20% function in the bottom chamber of my heart. I am recovering at home, I am not sure what to expect and would like to here from others who had the same experince.

      hi franny i had 100percent blockage of my left chamber felt like my heart was going to blow up had triple bypass and as dinz says cardio rehab and walking its very tiring at times but it helps hope your doing ok

      hi franny, join a cardiac rehab program i have been going over year sinc eheart attack year ago last nov, we have so much fun, and yes walk..

      On Xmas Eve I had my first MI.I had a stent placed. I am home recovering and waiting to start Rehab. I am experincing a low pulse rate avg around 50.When I called I was told since I am not dizzy i should discuss with my doc next apt 23rd. I am also experince mild pain several times a day. I have started walking at the mall with my hubby. Any other advice?
