My dentist told me awhile back that I needed another ten thousand dollars worth of dental work done, both to look good and to keep the ability to eat things more solid than Twinkies. Well, those weren't his exact words. :) Anyway, last week he started with the extent of the project I'd agree to, which is essentially, "Well doc., how about giving me five thousand $'s worth of that good cheer?!"
Damn! That's more than half of what I paid for my first house!!! It will be a couple of week's worth of waiting before the "pretty" teeth are completed, though. Brad Pitt look out, kid, 'cause the old man's coming aroung the corner! :)
Well, I guess this will, in fact, be the full extent of what I get for Xmas, after all, which is my six front teeth! :) My wallet says, "Ouch!"

Wow, that will be an expensive smile, but worth it!!

I took a different route with my dentist. I told him I have Stage IV cancer and do not need my teeth to outlive me. So he does what is necessary without overdoing it. No - it won't be as nice as yours Snowtop, but for $5,000 I'd rather go somewhere, i.e. Europe - other than the dentist! Post a pic of your smile when it's done!

Like the Loreal commercial says, "You're worth it!" and being able to eat solid food is kind of important. :-) Looking forward to seeing that movie star smile! Hugs!

Wow, 10,000? Life is so interesting. 8,000 for a sewer pipe, 10,000 for teeth. Why are the mundane things so expensive? We are supposed to do things like buy houses or a jet ski or something. Anyway, Huan is right, you are worth every penny!
