Well I am 1 month shy of my 1 yr anniversay from my 4th back surgery. Almost 1 yr ago I had a double disc replacement, during this yr I have fought WC for PT on & off, had my WC cut in half & am now plagued with massive middle back spasms for the past 2 1/2 months. They never seem to stop & sometimes are so dibilitating I want to scream! Nothing seems to help them. Stim makes them worst, meds aren't working, PT, stretching, heat,cold packs, nothing works. What makes it worst is that they go all the way around to my ribs, I am wondering if my L2-3 is now going or has herniated? Another clue something is going on is I am again having bowel & bladder issues again. Thank God my kids start school on Sept. 8th, my stress level may lower enough to stop these spasms.

Wow, you are really going through it!! It has been almost 3 years since my 4th back surgery and lately my pain has gotten worse. I can only sew for about 30-45 minutes at a time then pain starts shooting down my left leg. The only med that helps is my fetynol suckers and they are sooooooo strong and hard on a person. I so do understand what you are going through. I hope you can find some relief!!!!
