Well I am 1 month shy of my 1 yr anniversay from my 4th back surgery. Almost 1 yr ago I had a double disc replacement, during this yr I have fought WC for PT on & off, had my WC cut in half & am now plagued with massive middle back spasms for the past 2 1/2 months. They never seem to stop & sometimes are so dibilitating I want to scream! Nothing seems to help them. Stim makes them worst, meds aren't working, PT, stretching, heat,cold packs, nothing works. What makes it worst is that they go all the way around to my ribs, I am wondering if my L2-3 is now going or has herniated? Another clue something is going on is I am again having bowel & bladder issues again. Thank God my kids start school on Sept. 8th, my stress level may lower enough to stop these spasms.

Hello All,

Sorry haven't posted in awhile due to being totally stressed out & in pain. Well WC (ins Co.) decided to play games with my pt, they kept refusing authorization, so had a comp hearing & judge reenstated PT but Ins. Co. kept refusing. In the mean time I blew my left knee out when my back gave out due to 2 months of no PT. Finally got PT back & they refused again! Secondly I got a call from my WC attorney telling me I owe the Ins. Co. $15,000 they over paid me. Apparently my pain management never changed my disability status from 75% TO 100% so now I have been screwed by my own doctor to boot. I am to the point were I just want to settle my case with WC & say screw it. BUT i will not give them the saticfaction of giving them what they want! I did not ask to get hurt at work or to have 4 back surgeries or all the nasty scars I have gotten, nor did I ask to be jacked up the rest of my life!

I am just so totally frustrated I have slipped into a deep depression that was under control.

My attorney says there is nothing they can do except keep taking it to court & then I owe them money on top of all the other money being taken out of $137.00 a week (30%)

Sorry to vent but really needed to get this off my chest before it eats me up!

Well Workers' Comp is at it again! I was in Physical Therapy for 2 months & feeling great until 1 month ago WC cut me off from therapy. I am in pain again & to boot my legs gave way on me & I blew my knee out. So now between my babk & my left knee I am really having fun trying to walk & stay stable. My WC attorney is waiting for a hearing to fight WC decision but who knows when I will get that. I am so tired of fighting WC for something they are responsible for after 6 1/2 yrs I figure they would give it a rest. I think they are doing this to get me to settle my case but for what they offered me for this agony I more less told them where to put it. Wish I could of continued to post promising updates but WC has other plans for me.
