  Hi! You are a babe. You talk about yourself like your 300lbs. I wouldn't even dream of taking a picture of myself in a swimsuit. You definitely have a delusion about your body. That is so sad :( I wish you could see what the rest of us see--a beautiful woman inside and out. I hope to look even half that great for swimsuit season.

  Back at ya baby and you're more than welcome. I'm no longer a pro. body builder so I'm on maintenance only. When you know what to do it's amazing how efficient workouts become! I've maintained my 12% BF and 120 lbs. for years! It's all about what you put in your body and what you put out in the weight room! LOL Plus, I only sleep about 5 hours a night.
