I've been swinging back and forth between anorexia and bulimia for about 2.5 years now. Finally reached out to seek help and started psychotherapy about half year ago. Although the b/p'ing cycle still persists and I'm still constantly struggling between the ups and downs of recovery, there has been some progress and my inner strength is gradually (albeit slowly) building up. I believe that, with perseverence, faith and hope, I am going to recover one day. Not sure when, but one day.

Have shifted from anorexic to bulimic. Trying very hard to get back onto a healthy diet.
Been suffering from anorexia for two years. However I do crave for carbs and would binge and purge two or three times a week on cookies, chocolates, cakes etc all the fat-laden foods.
