   hello dear friends, sorry i've been gone so long. i just found out my brother joe is in the hospital with a potental fatal heart attack. he's been on dialsis for twenty yrs!!!!!he's only 56yrs young. never complains...never once..he has a very devoted loving wife janette. they have three older unemployed son's all 30 sometime living with them plus 4 grandkids.i fine it very dysfunctional and some of the son's are taking advantage of them...these are my bro's yrs. too enjoy life. i'm so confused,angry&sadded. Joe's at Saint Francis hospital on long Island his condtion is touch and go. i decided not too fly back east at this time. I myself am in a period of downloading and getting my body into better health. swimming,taking exercise classes for chronic back pain in the pool. it's been awesome.trying too encourage joe too go for a second kidney transplant.he has PKD as I.....anyway hanging in there.trying to make wise choices.Joe is on a vent and doing dialysis. he still is not out of the woods.i'm avoiding a total knee repair omg...so i continue to walk every day with my ski poles.early in the morning i take the dog and just a block away is the sound with a brillant view of seattle showing off it's brillant beauty billowing storm clouds and sounds of the early morning ferries. in the evening we walk again the frogs are doing there song inviting spring to hurry this way.

          i did visit the east coast in dec....flordia,south carlina awesome friendly folk's..then flew into NY to visit my old childhood haunts with steve.we stayed in the city and it was beyond grand.the city very clean...frigidly cold winds omg....will grace everyone with more info on that trip so fun.my body did crash thou and i spent time in hospital. but it was all good...oh yaa.well i had a view of soho and the village lol.anyway..nighty night for now...i am on facebook.if anyone is interested.   much love to all yesterday's child.......
