    About Me

    Hi my name is Steve I am 40yrs old and have suffered with depression since childhood although I was only diagnosed with depression in March of 2006. I have recently being experiencing panic attacks and they are intensifying in frequency and severity. I also suffer from back pain my condition is called spondylolisthesis.

    Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart. May the spirits of your family guide and light your path Treat our earth with respect, nature and earth is not inherited from your parents. It is loaned to you by our children. Our ancestors have not left the earth for you, we have borrowed it from our future children.
