BAD NEWS
The Barn that housed alot of our rescue animals, was hit by lightening yesterday and burnt to the ground..
That was the place they were going to start to build an animal rescue shelter ..
All the dogs and horses were saved.. They lost quite a few chickens, some kittens and cats ..
All the things donated to the animal shelter is gone ..
Anyone who would like to donate to the www.straysave.com animal shelter would be greatly appreciated ..

That is so horrible. Has anything been written about it in the paper? That could get ya'll some support.

Yes it was on the front page .. Hoping people will donate .. There are quite a few people that do donate food, leashes, etc ..

That is terrible. I am glad that most of the animals were saved. Am sorry to hear though that some of the kittens and cats lost their lives.
Hopefully you will get enough donations to keep the effort going forward. It is a good thing they are doing and it would be such a shame if they could no longer do what they set out to accomplish.
