BEAD SHOW TODAY
I think my husband will be driving me. I had a bit of the dizzies yesterday, no food cheats either so I don’t know that triggered, but they are not much present today.
The place where the bead show is, is about a 30 mile trip one way.
I don’t know if I’m THAT confident. To drive there, be in a hot, crowded room, trying to look at beads from the third person back from the table, for 2-3 hours…
And then drive myself home.
I have learned, that the woman in the ENT’s office may have misinformed me about driving.
Still, today’s jaunt was a bit far with just the CFS to contend with. I was able to do it in the past at times, but of course had that CSF toll to pay after. Whether or not I had a chauffeur.

OH!!! Heybev13 has been diagnosed with Lupus. She’s hanging in there, and we’re still trying to come up with a laptop for her.

Oh boy! I know how excited you get about bead shows!! Hopefully, the drive will go well, and it won't be too crowded and noisey!! I don't think I would be THAT confident in doing the drive myself either....that's a long time to be standing as well.
I'm sorry you had a bout with the dizzies! Don't know what triggered it either huh? Ugh...that's nerve wracking!
I just hope you have a good day! Is is all rainy and miserable by you? It's wet and ugly in Joisey!! A good bead show will cheer you up!! NOw that I have an interest in beads, I'm thinking that this must be like Christmas to a real artist!!! Like you!! Wow....how neat!

Darla said it all! Happy bead hunting! At least Bev will be able to find treatment that might make things better for her. I have told the guy who runs the surplus warehouse for work to let me know if he gets any computers in, but there's a waiting list, so it will be a while. I hope you have a great time today looking at all the sparklies!! *HUGS*

Oh NOOOOOO, poor dear Bevvy! I guess a diagnosis is a good thing tho cuz now they can find what meds/treatments will help her! Please let her know that i'm thinking of her and praying for her! Poor dear! No word from hubby about a computer...
Glad the dizzies are better today! Sorry about yesterday! That's tough to deal with hon! When they start you should just hang on to the trunk of the mojo tree and hold tight, maybe that would help make you feel more secure? :-)

Good luck today Karen ,enjoy your bead show..Glad hubby is taking you ,as that`s quite some treck there and back,plus standing amoungst crowds of people ,when your not feeling up to par.
Hoping that "swimmy" feeling will pass ,and you won`t get a full blown menieres attack.Can you ever sleep in the car?Just thinking you`d get some rest ,on the trip home.
Honestly ,i can`t believe that woman giving you the wrong advice.....particularly about something as important ,and crucial as driving!Hope her superiors pull her up ,before she causes anyone serious problems..
If she was a receptionist ,it figures ,the ones we have at our surgery ,seem to think they run the show!
Can you maybe call your dr ,and ask what he/she thinks?.he should at least keep you informed ,as to when and where you can drive.
Sorry to hear about your friend bev..i know it`s been a rough time for her ,and this must have come as a shock.
My MIL had Lupus ,and had to have regular tests for everything ,but with the right medications ,she did lead a somewhat "normal" life.(oh ,if she doesn`t already ,Bev ought to get disability now ,which may help with financing a computer?)..

OMG. I can't believe that about Bev. Holy crap. Anyway, smart not to drive. I am envious. I would like to go. But, it's better to not drive if at all dizzy. Much love to you!
