Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I'm not new, DS messed up my profile information and I have to re-do it. Have had CFS 17+ years. No pain, just major fatigue.
Close Menopause
Slammed into severe meno symps summer of 2006. LONG LIVE BHRT!!! Only had two periods last year. Nearing the end, I hope. ***AM NOW OFFICIALLY POST MENOPAUSE 10/09.

Open High Cholesterol
My cholesterol is too high to ignore now, but I'm limited as to things to try because I have CFIDS.
Treatments
- Aspirin Not Working
- ALLERGIC
- Fish Oil Working / Worked
- Is in a combo thing my compounding pharmacist had me try. Works more slowly than Rx, but it works.
- Flax Working / Worked
- Is in the mix I take.
- Lipitor Not Working
- Side effect of weakness and severe constipation. Worsened my CFIDS.
- Physical Exercise Not Working
- Can't do it, I have CFIDS.
- Pravachol Not Working
- Trying it now, but will most likely discontinue. Already digestively affected. Will not try other drugs as I have CFIDS. ***D/Cd TOO MANY SIDE EFFECTS.
- Red Yeast Rice Working / Worked
- May have helped but I had problems with it due to my CFIDS.
Open Meniere's Disease
Newly diagnosed. Possible drop attack took me to ER. So far symptoms mild to barely. Might have been virus. Only that one drop attack so far.
Treatments
- Antivert Too Soon to Tell
- 12.5 , I have CFS and must start with lowest dose.
- Low Salt Diet Too Soon to Tell
- I have CFS, so must wean off slowly. Fast changes cause a CFS 'crash'.
- Dyazide Somewhat Helpful
- Was already on for blood pressure. Very low dose.
