well its been a while but im alot happier the anxiety is hardly present the meds were grt... tryin to wean off them now, no its early but i dont need …

every thursday i have counselling n it really helps.... its the only time i get to talk about my feeliings...my mum isnt so sensitive she will ask me …

i did it at last i cried for my dad for the pain ive locked up since his death its finally realeasing im on my way to recovery

ive suffered anxiety nearly all my life but never really new i had it till i was 24 as a child id have panic attacks but didnt understand
i tend to get them when im tired and just drifting off to sleep

i was diagnosed about 5 years ago........have ben pain free since laser surgery but its back
lost my dad to nasal cancer. very rare apprently. it was in his sinus's
