Thanks for your support! I just need to get motivated is my problem, and then I'll be alright I think. I did get my LDL and Triglyceride (sp?) checked out this passed week again. They were 128 LDL/178 Tri and the doctor told me a low fat diet. Now if I could just get my husband to listen and follow steps to not using butter in Cooking!!!! :) Thanks for your support!
