I have always had a hard time making friends but once I do make a friend we are long life friends. Our society is so moble and people come and go. I lived in a military town once and it was interesting to see the way the military wives interacted with each other and new comers into the community. They were open arm and built friendships with each other even though they would get moved about and might never see each other again. I thought that was neat. Be a friend where ever and when ever and when the friendships moves away a thousand miles just be greatful for the time you had. You each enriched each others lives. You have so much to share in a friendship!
