      I am 49 yrs old and have been diagnosed with chrohns disease for 2yrs I have been hospitalized twice once just recently I try to keep a positive attitude but i am also bipolar have acquired brain injury, fibromyalgia, genital herpes and multilple other medical conditions

Just a note ; i have been reading about Vit D becasue my dr tested me and found I am majarly deficent... in my reading i read that vit D helps with Firbomyalgia and that many fibro patients should be tested for vit D deficiency. I have been drinking more milk too. I am on rx vit. D for months to come. It is a slow recover. Prayers for a better year and peace inside and out. amen.
