      Love to sing, laugh out loud, play with my kids, watch good movies, read books and magazines, cook, play sports, esp vollyball and bowling. DH got me a Wii, so now I'm into the fit and wii sports.. FUN!

      I should weigh 115-154. Started this journey at 178 right after Christmas '07. Wore a 16 and was pushing to an 18. I realized that my heath was not what it used to be, so something had to change.

      Treatments

      Atkins Diet Working / Worked
      Always has worked very well, esp since the new low carb foods have come out. I feel fabulous off of all that wheat and sugar, my health issues are going away too.
      Hoodia Considering
      Looking for something to supplement my current low-carb diet. UPDATE: nothing beats good old-fashioned lifestyle and diet changes.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      I really like Tae-bo. I've tried different exercise videos, but these I don't lose intrest in, I just keep coming back to them... I can't really exercise outside since I have 2 and 4 year olds. (Don't live in an area where it's safe to walk on the roads -people just drive TOO fast.)But my kids like to exercise with me, pretty cute watching them try to punch and kick to the music :o) I make myself do it by drinking a yummy cold strawberry kefir/protien shake afterwards.
      Weight Watchers Working / Worked
      Good so far....only 5 days into it. Honeymoon was over after 5 days.. there's just not enough food. I was a rabid bear on this program. Going back to Low-Carb.
