I am a 47 year old woman, and I have PAD (peripheral arterial disease, high colesterol, fibromyalgia, osteoathritis and long term depression. I am not very mobile, and hardly go out of the house. I have a grown up son and daughter, one grandson and four grandaughters, who I love dearly. My husband is my carer, he is my rock. We have been married for 20 years, but were together for 5 years before we were married.

I have recently been diagonosed with PAD,to go along with my other problems.I hope things go well with you.
I have been taking Prozac for the last 10 years,it seems to calm me somewhat. My depression, which had been on and off for many years, since I was a teenager, worsened when my son was admitted to hospital, with a mental disorder. He was seventeen. I was 36 at the time. The last ten years have been so difficult and stressful, with my son's mood swings and aggressive behaviour. There doesn't seem to be any help much out there for people with mental health disorders and their carers.
I have PAD, Peripheral Arterial Disease.
I am 48 years old, married with 2 grown up children, and 5 grandchildren, number 6 is on the way lol. I have had PAD for the last 3 years, which affects my walking, and just yesterday my doctor told me I have Osteoarthritis in my knees, elbows, hands and shoulders. Every day is a struggle, as you will know, but you just have to learn to live with it. I hardly leave my house any more as I can't walk very far at all now.
