Had to get up early for an appointment, so didn't meditate until midday, but I still did it! Almost fell asleep towards the end, but nonetheless ... Overall, my mind is quieter which is good.
I also think that what is helping is going to bed at the same time everyday and having a wind down hour when the TV goes off and we just chill.
Have spent way too much time on this site today, I need to do some practical stuff concerned with life!
