  Ohh, I love Pilates! It makes you feel good huh? WW is a really good program. It works. But it's sad you started getting headaches because you were doing so good on SBD. That sucks. Oh well, you'll do good on WW too. You have great willpower. Not like me!!!!

  Ya, that's why I deleted all my "friends" except for a couple. I don't need 250 friends who I never talk to. There's a couple of you that I really like and talk to, so that's all I need. Ya, I'm on a diet too. Pretty much like an Atkins diet. Protien, veggies & fruit. VERY low carbs, and no sugars or oils. Fun, fun, fun!

  Yep, I started. I've lost 6.5 lbs in 5 days. So that's pretty good. I STRUGGLED at first, but I'm definately noticing a difference now. Those first couple days were tough though! But I feel good. And I'm figuring out my routine, so overall, it's good. How's everything over there? I'm really glad you're back. I missed you! :0)

  Hi my love hope all is well and I want you to know you are always in my thoughts and I love ya very much I am so happy first my baby who is four he graduated from preschool and the best thing that I thought would never happen lol is my 18 year old graduated to senior in highschool I am so happy I had a rough time with him but he made it and thats what counts.I just wanted to share my happiness w you love you lots
