  Nope. I'd never even heard of it before. But I'm on a couple different forums that are for people on it and you can ask all your questions, and help others that are just starting out. So it's pretty cool because they've all gone through the exact things you're going through, and they can give you advice. It's a tough diet though. I'm not gonna lie to you. It's very restrictive and it takes about a week to get used to it. So if you think you can stick it out, I'd say give it a try. If not, don't waste your money.

  Not sure....Dr D is consulting my other drs. She fears the Spinal Stenosis is raising its ugly head and causing havoc. But she isnt certain. I should know more on Monday. If not, I will call her on Tuesday.

  You're supposed to lose 1/2 to a lb a day. And the whole purpose of the program is it resets your hypothalmus (sp?) which regulates your metabolism, and controls hunger, thirst, temperature (stuff like that) so once you're done, you're done. It has 4 phases that you go through to slowly add all the foods back in that you've been avoiding while doing the injections.

  Yes.. neck area... and back spasms. It has been a tough 10 days. Today was the worst.. but I didnt care... I wasnt missing this moments. How are my pups and Kevin?

  Well it depends. I paid $165 for 1 round of it, which is for 50 days. You inject for 50 days, and then you take a break for 3-6 weeks and the do another round if you need to los more weight. The clinic wanted $450 for 1 round. So it just depends on what you would rather do. I don't have a problem with needles, so I'd rather pay myself to do the injections! Lol!

  I ordered it on-line from a guy and his wife who run with website. He's lost over 100 lbs in 5 months and she's lost like 80. He's really educated on it and they run this website and forum. And they give you their cell #'s so you can call them anytime with questions. BUT first,I talked to a clinic that does this protocol. And asked all my questions and concerns. And felt good about it. But you can order it from a bunch of different sites.

  Last 10 days have been super bad.. but right now, we are stumping the specialist as of Thursday. Nick got chosen for All stars... so that was today. Promised Drew a movie.. and baking brownies for the team party tomorrow. :) I hope you feel better soon.. sounds yucky!!

  I saw something about it on line and I started researching it. I researched it A LOT before I decided to do it. I wasn't comfortable injecting something into my body that I didn't understand. Seemed pretty drastic. But there are SOOO MANY people who've had success on it, and I couldn't really find anything negative on it, which is very rare. So I figured I would give it a try. And here I am :0)
