i have suffered depression for a number of years at the moment it is very bad and i have trouble focusing on daily things i am married mum i have four grown up kids and i am a nanna to 10 i need to lose weight alot of it i have done it once b4 but i am having trouble sticking to it this time being over weight is a problem but it is at the bottom of the list

i enjoy going to the gym i love eating out i like sewing and love having fun with my grandchildren

It is a constant battle; against hair and chaos. But constant entertainment and unconditional love make up for the extra effort. for years ago i was 22st 9lbs i managed to lose 10st in nine months which was great but i was also left with sagging skin around my belly i went to see my doctor who suggested a tummy tuck would be good for me and what was better still it would be funded by the NHS i had my op two years ago and it went very wrong i had a further six ops to try to make good off my first one i am now 17 stone throught lack of exercise and medication now feel ready to try again but am stugglingto get motorvated
i am 53 and told recently that i was sexualy abused as a child i had a really bad childhood and blacked it out but now my mind is working overtime im remembering things that i pray ar'nt true
