  Hey there. I just wanted to congradulate you on your progress. You've gotten over the first hurdle. I know it is a hard road to travel, but just love yourself and have faith that you are on the right path. Just let me know if you need any support at any time. I too am working towards losing weight. It has been a struggle to maintain a healthy weight while being med compliant. I've gained 40 pounds since being diagnosed bipolar. It has been extremely difficult for my self-esteem. Fortunately, I am getting some wonderful support from family and friends. This site is a godsend as well. Know that you will have all of the support that you need.
