  Hi Dr Jeremy,
  
  I need your expertise on something regarding my friend...He had oral cancer, and it was a cancerous ulcer just under his tongue, anyway he had it removed and had a skin graft from his forearm to conceal the hole from under his tongue. After that he had radiotherapy and chemo and that was very hard on him. Anyway he's in remission and was told that last week but 3 days ago he was having chest pains and short of breath, he went to hospital and they found he had fluid around his heart but its been 3 days now and they are still running tests on him as to what caused it. Im worried it could be the cancer coming back but surely the consultants would of spotted that by now? And he was told he was in remission only last week....Do you think its just an infection?

  Hi Heard about all the heat there. I hope everyone is keeping cool and comfortable. We had a very rainy June here. Now it has become warm and humid. Lots of big air conditioners running non stop in my condo complex. It's a joy trying to sleep here in summer!!! Stay cool-Stephanie

  In the "facial skin" thread on Morgellons, I gave my homemade recipe for an essential plant oil mixture to use as cleanser and skin lotion which has been the most effective remedy I've tried so far to reduce Morgellons symotoms. I hoped you might have time to give me feedback if you can suggest modifications which might improve its effectiveness. Thanks!
