Updating my jounal because I haven't in a while.  Still having trouble accepting all that is happening to me and very frustrated the past week.  I went from darvocet to 5 mg. vicoden to 7.5 mg. vicoden to now being on methadone.  The first few weeks with the methadone were great!!!  I felt like a new person, then the weather changed and with my refill of methadone I feel like I was given a placebo.  All the pain is back with a vengence and more!!  I see my doctor tomorrow and am hoping for an explanation and maybe an adjustment/increase that will put me back where I was.
