Some angry lady today told me it was illegal for me to sell dish network from out side the US. I immediately opened the dish network web site and chatted an agent as follows:

US citizen just told me that it is illegal to sell dish network from outside the US. I asked
her about the ruling of the American constitution about this. Is she right about what she is
saying?

Ignore this woman. You will always run into angry people and people who think they know it all. Now, you know she was wrong. So, don't give her any more thought or concern. She isn't worth it. Just do your job as you were hired to do. Big hugs to you honey!

Um....I have no opinion one way or another about who sells dish network from where, but you most definitely should NOT have put someone's name and address here! I'd really edit that out if I were you. Just saying......

forget the future..... I think you should edit this journal and remove her address from this ASAP. that is a lawsuit waiting to happen since you only recieved her details in a professional capacity. also, if anyone let her know this is here or if she were to get harrassed by anyone from here, you could and would be fired for sharing her information. this would upset me tremendously if a call centre rep did this with my information and i would pursue this with the company.
