Self-Acceptance Mood

I've been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks since I can remember, fighting every step of the way, and hating every minute of it. After a few therapy sessions (which I plan to continue once I find another psychologist), lots of research, making a huge move closer to my family, and getting my medications worked out, I think I'm finally on my way to self-acceptance and maybe even self-love. I'm not sure which of the listed things deserves more credit, but I feel much more calm and evened out lately--even though there are lots of stressful things going on. I know I cannot be happy and feel "perfect" every hour of the day, and just accepting THAT makes things so much easier!
