I was just diagnosed with RA on 1/16. It is in both of my hands. It is agonizing. Looking for treatments and how to cope.

I was recently diag w/Lupus. I am still learning about it. Im scared that I wont be able to handle it. I have been in a lot of pain. Along w/RA Im just about maxed out. I dont know if this disease is going to kill me or not. Dont understand it.
