Close Food Addiction

I am extremely overweight and think about food constantly. I am so embarrassed that i do not want to leave my house most days. I try to not eat at all but then i do and then i binge. i eat up to three meals at one time and then continue to eat throughout the day in between the meals. i usually come home from work and make over three trips back to the kitchen before falling asleep.
