  Thanks for the reply to my questions. If I understand you right I can not eat gluten until I get my test and it will not make the test innacurate? I have an appointment in a week and a half. Should I eat gluten do you think or not.
  Idk what to do because I don't want to damage myself but don't want to mess up my results. I am so frustrated.

  You have been one of the biggest forces in my healing.
  I would not listen to anyone about the milk and then the gluten.
  I think it was you who just kept sending me a message periodically till I could finally accept what you were saying and try the diet.
  
  At that time you were struggling with a lot of symptoms of negativity and that has CHANGED like an ANGEL.
  
  You've become positive and able to teach with a positive tongue and it's wonderful!
  
  You have a ton of data and I always know if something is amiss, you'll explain it.
