im 171.5 today. two days until the big weigh in of the week. i really wanted to get out of the 170's this week .... it's a big goal. i dont know if i can lose 2 pounds in two days. we'll see. if not there is always next week. im just going to keep trying and giv it my all. im going to a spinning class today so hopefully that will help and maybe ill try to drink some more water today and eat some salmon. for some reason whenever i eat salmon i see to lose weight. it's a fatty fish but i guess my body likes the omega 3s. good luck to all. let's touch base on friday.






I know what you mean!! Those 10 lb barriers are always the hardest! It's like "I don't care if I lost 8 lbs since 180. I want to break 170!!!" lol I was there just last week so I understand! Big hugs and have fun at the spinning class!

YEAH, BREAKING THAT NEXT GOAL IS ALWAYS THE TOUGHEST AND THEN ON TO THE NEXT BUT STAY STRONG AND YOUR DOING GREAT. I SHOULD GET BACK INTO THE SPIN CLASS ALSO, GOOD WORKOUT. I LOVE SALMON, VERY GOOD FOR YOU! KATHY
