i had two pregnancies back to back and gained about 50 pounds during each...my highest weight was 230...im 5'8 and need to get down to 135...i was doing really well and then my dad was killed in an accident and i totally lost all control of my eating from being depressed. i would eat until i would feel sick to my stomach. i really need to get back on track.

Close Food Addiction
i cant control my overeating of "bad" foods so ive learned that i cant hav ANY bad food at all. food is like any other addiction. you wouldnt tell an addict he can just hav a little. but with food. we cant stop eating all together. i just hav to try to stop eating the bad stuff. it's so hard!

Type: Improve overall fitnessi was a personal trainer before getting pregnant with my first baby and now i hav two. theyre wonderful. unfortunately i gained a lot of weight with each and now am trying to get back into my workouts. ive lost a bunch of weight and am still trying to lose more. it feels so good to get back into it. im finally starting to see my old tone under all the fat. it's awesome!!
