Close Bipolar Disorder
My name is Janet, I was diagnosed with Manic depression 12yrs ago..I spent a total of 2 months in the Phyc. center..trying to get my Manic ways calmed down, I have also been placed on Suicide watch through our Phyc ward..I was put on Lithiumn..for 5yrs but this just about killed me..But the substite phyc . that I went to see that day realzied something seriousy wrong and sent me to emergency hospital..and then weaned me off this medication and placed me on Epival..I am far better since..

- Since being weaned of the Lithiumn and put on this drug..I am Balanced..There are times on occassion where I will slip into a Manic state..but I know how to coontrol it now..
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Once I accepted that I had this Bi-polar..after denying it for 2 yrs..I ffiannly accepted this and decided to continue being Happy ans optismistic

Type: Seasonal Affective DisorderI suffer with manic depression..but am more into the mania's then the depressed side but I definetly have blue days( down days) and it has only happened since my husband was diagnosed with an incurable disease as this disease has totally change our lives..

Well, first thing you shouldin vest in a ledger book..and one the top..add up what your take home pay is when ever you get paid whether is is Monthly or bi weekly.........and then keep track of the Bigest expenses..like example Mortage/Rent payments, Vehichle payment, Utilities.then, every time you buy anything keep all bills..i a special envelope and add up at end of each month then subtract from the top..allow 10% to be put away for those rainy days..and treat it like an accout that doesn't
