i have a ten month old daughter called brooke with downs syndrome its been a tough year but things are getting easier she has some amazing doctors and health workers looking after her she has made amazing progress already she became an aunty in dec when my beautiful grandaughter millie was born thats grandchild eight so she has lots of children and adults around her to help her along especially if you count her eight sisters and two brothers

i am a bit of a housework fiend and like to read if i get the chance i see four of my grandaughters regularly and have four girls still at home so that is my interest looking after them and i love it

I am asking all my friends on DS to please pray for Kimber she has this crud that is going around, high temp.,runny nose and just feeling like poo..These kids seem to get it alittle worse than typical kids so I just worry when she does get sick..Thanks again I know I can count on my friends here..Hugz and Love Vic

just u hang in there so her hearings not as good as it could be there are worse things and so wot if she's not walking yet as least she is still there for u not wanting to run off and play with all the big kids u hold on to her while u can cos once she starts there will be no stopping her i sent a message to hazel the other day olivia's mum i told her about a christmas play at my grandsons school there is a boy with ds in my little ones class and he is a great kid never moans just works so hard making everybody love him in the play he was doing so well when he just stood up walked over to mary and baby jesus and said hey up jesus my name is charlie there wasnt a dry eye in the school everyone said he stole the show as wot he did was from his little heart charlie is nearly six now but im like most other parents i would want him to stay just as he is brooke will get there in the end and she will have u crying when she does her school plays lol

Type: Clinical (Major) Depressionin 2003 i had a nervous breakdown was a bit of a mess in jan of that year lost my 40 yaer old cousin to alchoholism in on july4 we lost ourn 49 yaer old brother to a massive heart attack he wasnt acctually my brother he was my mums but he was raised like our brother it was the most devastating thing to ever happen in the family since i lost big nana in 1977 in august of the same year my 44 year old cousin had a stroke then in sept my beloved dad had a serious accident it was all to much

- was invaluable helped so much
Open Hearing Loss & Deafness
my eleven mnth old baby girlhas down and also hearing loss she does have hearing but we dont know as yet how much but we have started makaton signing with her i dont really know much about it as weve just started rec ently

my marraige ended two years ago i like being on my own but sometimes i would like omeone to talk to late at night he wa a heavy drinker i gave him so many chances the kids and my sanity had to come firt nd i ended it after twenty years
