Hi there, I read your post on the BP board and just want you to know I hate you're going through so much all at once. I will pray for you. Do you have some anxiety pills to take when you feel overwhelmed like you are right now? I'm finding klonopin works well for that. I'm sure you're on top of your meds... I just thought of that. Take care and I'm here if you need to vent or whatever!

Just to add . And you should know that every bi po person here is different and when I shared with you my experiance. That is all what that is. Your experiance and life is completely different from me. Add to that that every med shage should be down under the supervision of a doctror.
