      I have always been codependent. I take care of others before myself, and have been known to be extremely hard on myself. No matter how many goals I reach, I am never where "I want to be." I am more interested in other peoples problems than fixing my own. I have a hard time making decisions, sticking with goals, and even knowing how I feel. I just realized I am codependent and do not know where to go from here. I have never sought treatment.
